Welcome Home

Alex's baby brother came home from his mission in Oregon yesterday. This was my favorite picture, in which his face expresses so well the sentiments of surprise and elation at seeing one's loved ones after such a long time away. Those are both his sisters, by the way. Not his polygamous girlfriends. We're more your mainstream type Mormons round here.
Grace participated with delight in the festivities as well, as you can see by her effusive joy in this picture.

Hilarious. I hope he enjoys being home as much as Grace enjoyed being pushed around on luggage.

Hmmm...I'll bet he is wishing for polygamous girlfriends right now!

Wow! He looks so much like Nick. If I hadn't read who it was I would have totally thought it was him. My little bro comes home in 3 months. It is crazy how time just flies by! How are you feeling?

It's so fun to see these guys come home! I have a nephew coming home this summer :) Should be pretty fun!

Why does little Grace's "effusive joy" greatly resemble other children's sheer terror and/or brink of tears?

Bridget,

I'm feeling great. I expect the third trimester discomfort will start any day, though.

And Grace is just very expressive in many ways. She often says no when she really means yes...

That was me, by the way, not Alex.
